Job Description
The Production Management Assistant plays an important role in AOI’s production planning and coordination. You will work closely with both production lines and sales organizations to coordinate the production plan.
Job Duties
- Help the top managers to coordinate the sales demand with the semiconductor laser production line planning
- Help to track the progress of all the work orders
- Assist the project managers on the project progress tracking
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent is required. Engineering or science major will be preferred.
Experience: Some experience in production environment is preferred. Must be familiar with the operation of basic MS office software. Familiar with “MS Project” or similar project management software is also preferred. Good communication capability is necessary.
